WAMBERAL I

This circa 1950 Fishermans cottage was transformed into a coastal cottage overlooking Wamberal and Terrigal beaches.

We undertook asbestos removal throughout and demolition works back to external hardwood frame. From here, we worked with our clients vision of a practical and breezy family home, whilst maintaining an existing cottage feel. The complete renovation included addition to garage, roof and main hardwood deck. Internally this included a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an open plan indoor area, working to to emphasise the ocean views.

Our team worked with the sloping and difficult block to complete extensive landscaping for a new concrete driveway and sandstone retaining walls to rear. This was further extended with our engineers requirements to add additional underpinning for the existing footings of the property.
