We executed a significant extension for this property in Terrigal NSW, doubling its size and reimagining the floor plan to achieve an ideal single-level living design.

Our team managed every aspect of the construction process; from design and council approvals to finishes selection and build execution. Key features of the project included a cobblestone driveway, premium engineered flooring, and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The custom-designed kitchen showcased a natural limestone benchtop and splashback, complemented by an oak veneer fluted panel island. The bathrooms were fitted with natural limestone tiles and timber-look vanities, adding warmth through thoughtful material choices.

The project was completed with extensive external landscaping, featuring new turf, a fire pit area, multiple hardwood deck zones, and strategically placed plantings for enhanced privacy—creating a perfect outdoor living retreat.
